Activity photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are shown under their free licences. Each photograph belongs to its author, who is credited on the image page.

Booking partners
Traveley plans trips — it does not sell tickets. Where a stop is something you can book, the link goes to GetYourGuide or Viator, who handle prices, availability and the booking.
Those are affiliate links. You pay the same price as going to them directly, and nothing on your itinerary is chosen because a partner happens to sell it.

Ads
There is one small ad at the foot of the screen while your itinerary is being built, and an optional video you can watch in exchange for one more trip. Nothing else in the app carries an ad — the itinerary itself never does.

Frequently asked
Is Traveley free?
Yes. Traveley includes two free itineraries to start with — no card, no account. Want more? A short video earns you another trip, and packs of ten are there whenever you need them.
There is also Traveley Pro, a monthly subscription: ten itineraries a month, ten tweaks per trip instead of three, trips your friends can edit alongside you, the bills split between you, no advertising, weather on your packing list, and your saved trips readable offline and exportable as a printable PDF. It renews monthly and is cancelled in Google Play.
Do I need an account?
Not to plan a trip. The app opens straight onto the destination field and generates a full itinerary without asking you for anything. You are only asked to sign in when you try to save a trip, so that it can follow you to another phone.
Which devices does it run on?
Traveley is available on Android through Google Play. Install it, type a destination, and your first itinerary is ready in seconds.
How long a trip can it plan?
Up to fourteen days in one itinerary. You can plan by number of days or by picking your actual dates — and if you give dates, the season and weekday closures are taken into account.
Can I change the itinerary after it is generated?
Two ways, and one of them is free and unlimited. You can edit the plan yourself — add a stop, change one, remove one — as often as you like.
Or ask for a tweak: tell it what to change and it revises the plan you already have instead of starting over. Three tweaks per trip, ten with Traveley Pro. A tweak keeps the stops you added yourself, and saved trips keep both on any phone you sign in on.
Can Traveley keep the group’s accounts?
Yes, with Traveley Pro. Put the costs in as you go and it works out who owes whom — split equally or down to the cent, between up to twenty people, including the ones who never installed Traveley.
It is the person who created the trip who needs the subscription, not everybody on it.
Are the places real?
Yes. Traveley plans around real, currently-open venues, and every stop is checked against its location before the itinerary reaches you.

Does Traveley sell tickets?
No. Where a stop on your itinerary is bookable, the link takes you to GetYourGuide or Viator, who handle prices, availability and the booking. Those are affiliate links: you pay the same price as going to them directly, and your plan is built before any booking link is attached to it.
Does it track my location?
No. Traveley does not embed maps and never reads your location. "Open in Maps" hands the place name off to Google Maps in your browser or the Maps app, and nothing about where you actually are goes to Traveley.
What languages does it support?
English, Spanish, Catalan, French, Italian and Russian, picked up from your device language — and your itinerary is written in that language too.
