Contact us
Use the contact form on avakiam.com. Tell us which phone you use (Android or iPhone), the email address you sign in with, and what happened. We reply in English, Spanish or Catalan, usually within two working days.
Managing or cancelling Traveley Pro
Traveley Pro is billed by the store you bought it from, so that is where you manage it — the App cannot cancel a subscription for you.
- iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Traveley.
- Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and choose Traveley.
In the App, the menu’s Traveley Pro entry shows your subscription and takes you to the right store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
I paid but do not have what I bought
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used when you bought.
- Open the menu, tap Traveley Pro, and tap Restore purchases.
A subscription belongs to the Traveley account that bought it, so it will not appear on a different account even on the same phone. Packs of itineraries are credited to your account the moment the store confirms them. If something is still missing, write to us with the date of the purchase.
Refunds
The store that took the payment handles refunds, under its own policy: on iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, from your order history in Google Play. We never receive your payment, so we cannot refund it ourselves, but we are happy to help you find a purchase.
Signing in
You only need an account to save and share trips; planning one does not need it. You can sign in with Apple (on iPhone), with Google, or with a six-digit code we send to your email. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and wait a minute before asking for another one.
Your trips are attached to the account you signed in with. If you cannot see them, check that you signed in the same way as before — Apple, Google and email are separate accounts unless they share the same address.
Trip reminders and flight alerts
The App asks for permission to send notifications the first time it needs it: when you save a trip with dates, or when you add a flight. If you said no and change your mind, allow notifications for Traveley in your phone’s settings. Flight alerts are part of Traveley Pro and arrive only for flights added to a saved trip.
Something in an itinerary is wrong
Itineraries are written by an AI, and it can be wrong about opening hours, prices or entry requirements. Use the Report this itinerary link at the foot of the itinerary to tell us: it is how we find and fix what the model gets wrong. Always check anything you are going to book or pay for with the venue or an official source.
Deleting your account
Open the menu and tap Delete account at the bottom. It is immediate. See how to delete your account for what is removed, and remember to cancel Traveley Pro in your store first if you have it.
Privacy
What Traveley collects and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the rules for using the App in the Terms of Use.
Planning a trip never needs an account. If something in an itinerary looks wrong, report it from the link at the foot of the plan.
